Product Description: Pays cash benefits for accidental injury.* Choose from a lump sum payment of up to $10,000 per accident or a hospital cash benefit of up to $6,250. Also includes an Accidental Death Benefit which pays $10,000 instead of all other benefits (or $10,000 minus any previously paid benefit) to chosen beneficiary.
