Members with pre-existing conditions or serious chronic conditions.
The Automated SBR assists the Agent in automatically calculating the correct premium rates for the individual Applicant and/or Family Member(s) when writing sub-standard health applications.

If you see the following dialog box popup, then follow the steps below.
Follow These Steps:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on "Tools" then "Internet Options"
- On the "General" tab, in the temporary internet settings, click "Settings"
- Select "Every Visit To The Page"
- Click "OK"
- Click on the "Security" tab
- Click on "Internet" Icon
- Click "Custom Level"
- Change all settings set to "Disable" to "Enable"
- Click "OK" and answer "YES" to warning
- Click "Trusted Sites" Icon
- Click the small "sites" button
- Type in the "Add this site to the zone" https://www.unitedamerican.com
- Click "Add"
- Click "OK"
- Click "OK"
- Download program
