- FLEXGUARD Plus (GSP2, RT 10, SWL)
- FLEXguard Plus is a hospital, medical, and surgical expense coverage for
individuals and families. Choose from three standard benefit levels:
$100,000, $75,000, or $50,000 (less a $500 deductible) plus optional health
benefits, which include outpatient, non-surgical coverage and doctor's
visits. Additional optional riders are lump-sum cancer, lump-sum critical
illness, or accident protection. Additionally, optional whole life and term
life and child term life riders are available.
Standard benefits are paid based on actual incurred expenses for each covered illness or injury. There are no lifetime maximums; benefit schedule begins again with each new illness or injury. FLEXguard Plus requires only one application for all selected benefits and options, and the customer receive only one bill.
