Attn:
AL Agents
ACF Partners is now available in Alabama.
However, Alabama state regulations require that we offer Med-Supp
prospects a choice of subscribing to ACF PLUS or ACF Partners. Therefore,
we have printed a new state special brochure which features both choices
on the back of the app/brochure. It is now available to be ordered. Effective
immediately, new business applications dated 1/1/00, or later, must use
the new MA11 (01) app/brochure. The Home Office will accept business
written on old apps dated through 12/31/99 and received in the Home Office
by 1/15/00.

Important Information About Mailing Labels
To mail the large volume of UA News magazines from the Home Office, United American has paid bulk rate postage.
However, it has come to our attention, that some Agencies are trying to forward magazines to sub-Agents by placing their own labels on the magazines and trying to mail them without paying additional postage. This is considered mail fraud, and can result in hefty fines. When forwarding magazines from your Agency, you must place magazines in a separate envelope and pay the appropriate postage before mailing. Your cooperation in this matter is much appreciated.
